THE PANASH TRAINING PROGRAMS

BEGINNER PROGRAM (4 DAYS)

This program is designed for people that don’t have any practice or experience with weight training. The goal is to build your work capacity in order to have a strong base and be able to proceed on further programs. It runs for 6 weeks with a 2x frequency (squat/deadlift) and 3x (bench) per week. Accessory movements will be used. The last week is a deload.

DEADLIFT SPECIALIST (2 DAYS)

If you’re interested in progressing your deadlift, this is the right program for you. You need to have at least a year of practise on this movement, through
powerlifting, general fitness, or crossfit. It is specifically designed to allow you to continue your usual training, while becoming a stronger deadlifter. It runs on 5 weeks with a 2x frequency per week. The last week is a deload.

POWERLIFTER LVL 2 (4 DAYS)

This program is designed for athletes that have been powerlifting for at least 6 months or for athletes that have already completed the Powerlifter lvl 1
program at least 3 times. Note that this program is a tougher version of the Powerlifter lvl 1 program, so preparing yourself doing it will be useful. If
you plan on competing, this program will also get you stronger for your next meet. Prepare yourself to work hard for 5 weeks straight with a 3x frequency (squat), 4x frequency (bench) and 2x frequency (deadlift) per week. Accessory movements will not be used. The last week is a deload or a taper if you’re competing at the end of this program.

Program Ultra Power (4 Days)

If you want to increase your powerlifting total as well as your physique, this program is the one you have to follow.
I strongly recommend you have completed at least once the Powerlifter lvl 2 program prior to starting this one.
Be ready, it’s a program designed for competitive athletes that are willing to put in the work to get stronger. It’s time.
This program will last 5 weeks (3 weeks + 1 taper week + 1 deload week).
As frequency goes : 3x squat ; 4x bench ; 3x deadlift per week.

PANAGIOTIS TARINIDIS

Panagiotis Tarinidis is a competitive powerlifter and powerlifting coach. He became World Champion in the IPF in 2021. He also coached several international level lifters, like Lya Bavoil and Tiffany Chapon, world champions in 2021. On top of beating a world record and repeat her world title in 2022, Tiffany became the best lifter in the world.

How much does the app cost ?

The subscription fee is set at 39.99€ a month without any engagement.
There is a monthly option, alongside an annual option that will allow you to save up to 30%, which is 143.88€ compared to the monthly option on a whole year.
Payment can be made with a regular credit card, mastercard, visa or American Express, through a 100% secured option : STRIPE. Payment will be a success only through the authentication 3D secure process (through a text message or your bank app).

What does my subscription give me access to ?

The app currently offers 6 programs, adapted to different levels and goals.
You’ll also have access to a private community through a discord channel that will be moderated by strength coaches present to answer your questions, alongside private content offered by Pana.
Finally, you’ll also access a video library with indications on every movement present within the programs.

Can I offer a subscription as a gift ?

It is possible to do it. You just need to input the person you want to offer the subscription to email address when joining the app. Then, you proceed to the payment yourself (monthly or annually). This way, the person will directly receive the app and private community access without having to proceed to any payment.

Will I be able to interact with Pana ?

Yes. Pana will be one of the coaches present on the discord channel. He will answer questions alongside the app’s other coaches. Once a month, a member of the private community will be randomly selected to have his lifts analyzed by Pana for free.

When will the new programs be available ?

New programs will be added every 2/3 months with the will to always be on top of what’s best done programming wise in the powerlifting community. This will allow you to keep progressing while having variety in your training.
